Spicy Caesar Dressing
Yield: about 1 cup of dressing
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup harissa*
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine yogurt, harissa, and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Taste and add salt and/or pepper as needed.
Notes
* harissa is a North African chili paste. I used my recipe for harissa but you can now find it in most grocery stores – find the one you like best, some pack quite a bit of heat, others have a touch of sweetness.  The harissa you use will change the outcome of your dressing so don’t be afraid to play around with the ingredients and make sure to taste before adding salt and pepper.
