Basil Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt (8oz)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 (packed) cup fresh basil, washed and dried
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp kosher salt (1/2 tsp fine salt)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Pulse garlic in food processor until it is minced.
  2. Add everything else to the food processor and blend until smooth.
