Basil Green Goddess Dressing
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (8oz)
- 1 avocado
- 1 (packed) cup fresh basil, washed and dried
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp kosher salt (1/2 tsp fine salt)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Pulse garlic in food processor until it is minced.
- Add everything else to the food processor and blend until smooth.
