Parmesan Broth
- 5-6 Parmesan rinds
- 4-6 quarts of water
- lots of herbs
- shallots
- garlic cloves
- black pepper corns
- Place everything into a large pot, bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for a few hours. Strain and cool. Store in the fridge or freezer.
